As shown in the stand design image, there will be four tables with four chairs available for our 11 exhibitors and participating partners to use for meeting appointments. In addition to these, there are a further two poseur/tall tables towards the rear of the stand (without seating). These tables can be used flexibly without using the booking system. Alternatively, you are welcome to hold your meetings off-stand.

We envisage tables to be booked up relatively quickly so please note that the meeting booking system will close at 5 pm on Monday 16 October. Bookings after this time will be made directly on the stand at the reception desk on a first-come, first-served basis
